I bought my 2023 Ranger from the big Ford dealer in the Seattle area. I took my truck to them for service one time and said never again (It was formerly Harris Ford if you can connect the dots). I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered Ford of Kirkland. Granted their intake process can be a little slow but they truly seem concerned about my vehicle and my experience. For me they will be 'go to" for service.

Tyler the parts manager was so helpful and kind. He helped me put my new wipers on my Explorer- not because he was required to but because I genuinely believe he is a good person. I really appreciate it because I am not car savvy whatsoever and would have likely found a way to break them lol.

We arranged to view a used car, several email/phone contacts to set a date and time with a reminder the day before our visit. On arriving got an uninterested reception, sales contact showed up and went for the car. After a Fifteen minute and no car went looking for the sales guy who said the car was broken and not available (ploy or real ?). There was no effort made to forewarn us during our before or during our 3 hour trip down for the appointment. The tone and process was unprofessional and not customer friendly.
Easy to work with. Always go back for service. Don’t bother to go anywhere else.
After looking for many months to buy a car, we stopped in to the Kirkland Ford dealership. Great team. Called for a service appointment on Wednesday, scheduled appointment for Thursday, service was completed in 1.5 hours, the concessions were delicious, and I had a chance to check out the new vehicles in the showroom! It was a fun time-wait time!

Their service team was great, got me in quickly to diagnose a sound I was hearing from the driver wheel well. Found the issue with the tie rod and replaced it. Was still under warranty so that was a bonus and did a complementary maintenance check.

Ford Of Kirkland kept my vehicle for a solid two days in order to do a recall repair. As it turns out it took them a full day to get to doing the inspection to determine whether it even needed repair, and then they said that it did need repair and that they would have to keep it overnight. Worst ford dealer I’ve been to in Western Washington. Service Advisors are pretty incompetent and lack communication skills. Kind of makes you think who’s running the show in the service department if all the advisors sit around avoiding contacting customers with issues regarding service orders coming in. Service manager probably sits in his office counting the minutes till he gets to clock out everyday instead of making his team do any work.

Nick and Carlton were great helping us to purchase a used pickup. Nick took us through the features, including helping decipher some aftermarket sound equipment. Carlton ushered the deal to the finish line. The dealership was busy on the day we were there so waiting for the finance guy and paperwork took too long for my likes (2 hours).

Strongly suggest you consider the service department reviews; they're well deserved. Brought our newly leased Explorer in bc the lift gate motor failed. Took over a week to be seen by a tech, who in the most condescending tone possible, informed me that "techs aren't standing around waiting for my car to come in".
